lol I'm having one heck of a time with blending lately...and I'm trying to be a bit more discriminate with my gallery submissions. I will have to stick my WIPs in my scraps so you can see I am utilizing what you've created for me

Firstly, what are WIPs?
Secondly, With blending, photos that is, there are a few tricks to getting a better cut.
Trick - Use your eraser around the edges, zoomed in to about 400% Don't cut into the picture. Blur the edge of what's left, and erase that, then blur again. Don't forget, you should be working with this before it ever gets put into your work, or on a separate layer.
Trick - Lower the opacity of your eraser, and choose a soft brush. This erases it gradually.
Trick - The biggest problem is hair! Use your replace color to set what you have left after the cut to the same as the background color. Then a little bit of touch-up is all you need.
